Are you ready to rumble?!! Join us for an action-packed hour of Mixed Martial Arts to all the latest fun and motivational tunes! This workshop consists of choreographed moves, including a gentle boxing-inspired warm-up, upper-body isolations to perfect those jabs and upper cuts, and a lower-body section with all the tricks and kicks you can imagine! To conclude this high-energy, fun-filled session, we will conduct a cool down/stretch to minimise injuries, followed by a “street smart self-protection” chat/ Q&A session.
